Many adult people who more than 35 years old are suffering high blood pressure. This case is happen in almost society in all country. High blood pressure or often called as hypertension is caused by the accumulation of fat and toxin in the blood that precipitate in the vessel wall. The vessel become narrow and the blood flow is disturbed. This problem may cause the heart work too hard which will cause high blood pressure and heart attack.
